Welcome to Dimilix Week!This will be our sixth year of celebrating and creating for our favourite ship and we're so excited! Can you believe Dimitri and Felix have been married (in our hearts and now also possibly in Japanese video game Fire Emblem: Three Hopes) for so long.Don’t forget to save the date February 14 - 21, 2025 for our upcoming remix event—Dimitri & Felix Work It Out On The Remix! What is a ship week?

A ship week is a celebration of a particular relationship within a fandom! Our goal is to create new fanworks, encourage people to get involved with the community and also meet their fellow fans, and maybe help someone discover a new ship to love!The focus of our ship week is Dimilix—the relationship between Dimitri Blaiddyd and Felix Fraldarius in all their appearances. This also means the focus is exclusively on their relationship only, with the exception of lavender/political marriages as canon to their paired ending in-game. Be creative, but as always please be respectful!

Participating in a ship week is simple—show up to the party!You can do this in many ways, the first of which is to create. Fanworks come in many forms and mediums, and the possibilities are endless. Here's a few ideas:

You can create for one day only or every day, fill as many or as few prompts as you want—there’s no minimum requirement.A ship week is also for fun, so please don’t feel pressured that you have to create something. And don’t feel bad if you’re only here to enjoy the fanworks—participation is also showing your Dimilix love and appreciation! Cheer on creators by retweeting, leaving comments and kudos on fanworks you love, or simply hang out and chat with other fans. These are all things we encourage very much!

Dimilix Week 2025: Prompts

Prompts are to help inspire you! You can follow prompts as closely or as loosely as you wish—the only limit is your imagination. You can also combine prompts!And if you're unsure of what a prompt means, we invite you to interpret as you wish. (You can, of course, also ask us for clarification.)

For our sixth year, we are hosting a remix event. For these works, please ensure you have remix permissions from the creator you're remixing from! Generally, transformative works such as fic will require remix permissions; something like a fanmix will not. But above all, please be respectful to the creators and the works you will be remixing!To help get you started, we'll be providing a list of creators who have given permissions for their Dimilix works to be remixed. You can find that list here and it'll be updated daily.If you'd like to be added to this list, we highly encourage it! Please fill out the Remix Permissions Opt-In Form and we'll get you added ASAP.

Rules & Guidelines

To make sure everybody has a very cool and excellent time, there are a few guidelines we’d like you to follow when participating in Dimilix Week:

While the goal is to post fanworks on the day of the prompt they correspond with, we know that's not always possible. If you want to post your fanworks all at once, staggered throughout the week, or in any combination that works for you, please feel free to do so! The prompt dates are just ideals, not deadlines—there is no such thing as being late to this party.We plan to retweet all fanworks. If we somehow missed you, please make sure to tag us @DimilixWeekNSFW CONTENT: NSFW content is allowed, but should be clearly labeled as such along with any appropriate warnings. All previews should be SFW. We will not retweet NSFW works that do not conform to these rules.The same rules apply for violent content.As always, please be respectful and mindful of others!

What is a remix?

Remixes! A long and varied tradition, with as many flavours as there are fandoms. But for Dimilix Week 2025, we're keeping it simple, we're doing it all—to remix means to re-imagine.Whether you're inspired by another creator's work or your own, the canon or the fanon, or a past prompt—the idea is to reinterpret that existing thing into something new. This year's prompts come at remixing from a few different angles like canon, genre, and format to help get you started, but this is a chance to get a little creative, a little wild. Maybe even get a little Dimilix freaky with it!Some of the most upfront remixing is writing a fic inspired by art or creating art inspired by fic. But for some more remix ideas, here's a few:

As with all things, please remember to be respectful and mindful of others! Remixing should be never be done maliciously or in bad faith, especially with another creator's work, and you should always have a creator's permission if you're transforming their work.Generally, non-intrusive remixing such as illustrating an existing scene or creating a playlist inspired by a fic will not require remix permissions, but remix permissions will be required for writing a sequel to another writer's fic. In that spirit, we've provided a list of creators who have given remix permissions, that you can sign up for too, if you wish.Happy Dimilix Remixing!
